I had a USPS Priority fixed rate box make it from San Diego to my home in Ohio in 2 days. Informed delivery originally had it arriving on Monday the 6th. That is some sort of record, as other shipments from that same company generally take 4-7 business days, and that's Priority.
So we now own 2 houses. We signed the papers on the new digs today.
We dropped the price a bit on the one we're in, and have one showing scheduled tomorrow. Waiting on the 3rd moving company estimate.
