You would have to remove the internal μSD card from the Libra 2 to take an image of it. Connecting it to your PC only exposes a single partition and you will not be able to copy the system and recovery partitions. You might want to check these forums where you will find several messages about opening the Libra 2 and removing the internal μSD card.
