Dear Kovid,

I am using Android devices (phone, tablet, eink reader) to read on the Content Server (via either Chrome or Fully). Is it possible to use the volume rocker (some eink devices may have physical buttons too) to turn pages? I see so many options for keyboard, but not these buttons.
