Somewhere on these forums I might have posted my horror story with (I think) preordering the KA1. If memory serves I preordered it awhile before release, it took several calls before I ended up with a tracking number and when I did I basically had it in my hands, it was maybe a week plus since it had released.

Though with my Forma the preorder was a lot smoother. But with the Sage I got a tracking number late from Kobo (UPS had it in their system) and the shipping was delayed a day.

Honestly customer service and shipping seem to be entirely different companies from Kobo.
