It feels good in the hand but the weight is distributed slightly differently, a little more towards the center of the device rather than the edge. The buttons feel good, less noisy and easier to press. The only con is that it looks slightly less premium than the H2O because of the bigger bezels and stockier shape. The plastic looks identical but it's a little bit more matte/grippy on the Libra 2.
Also, I'm being very nitpicky but I liked the H2O's power button better.

Libra 2 seems to be a great improvement over H20.
