Hi there!
Could you please share an image of the Clara HD sdcard? My kobo has been stucked on Powered off screen, and none of the available reset methods worked. I've tried charging it with different cables, attached to a PC or to a power outlet directly, but still no success. I hope that replacing the sdcard with the correct image will resolve this issue.
