I suggest you buy two Kobos. That way you can share the same eBooks and the software is a lot better then on a Kindle. The thing is,what if you both decide you like the Kobo better then the Kindle? Who gets stuck with the Kindle? Also, the Libra 2 has a nicer screen then the PW5.
