The book is a Slovenian book: Ivan Sivec, Zgodbe o celjskih grofih in knezih - not sure if this will be helpful. It is in epub format.
AFAIK it is not possible to strip DRM from ebooks that were borrowed from a library so image stripping is not possible.
I tried to open the book with Plato reader on my kobo and it also failed.
