Hello everyone
I am hoping one of you will be able to resolve my problem. I am trying to do a hard reset on my Sony EReader and have go to to screen that tells me to press 5 to reset it - but nothing is happening and the same screen just stays there. What am I doing wrong? I am pretty much a technosaur (dinosaur when it comes to technology) so I would appreciate your help.
