Yeah, it's real hit or miss for the 24 hr price drops if you'll see a notification in time. Lately I've been getting faster notifications when tracking an author instead of particular books, even though I do both. But usually not a crazy long lag. Usually if I miss a sale price it's due to me being busy and not having time to look (!!!), and not to eRIQ not having it in my notifications when I finally have time to look at them. But there are always exceptions, so I too have a small wish list of favorite authors I look at myself.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I'll try tracking by author at eReaderIQ to see if I get better results. As for Amazon, I track some authors there but not books. I should tighten up my system.
