Judging by the long-time failures of the Github Actions CI checks on Harper's repo, I guessing there's some flagging interest there. I'm encouraged (from a trust standpoint) by the fact that noDRM has chosen to incorporate some of the stale pull requests from Harper's repo, but put me squarely in the camp that thinks making it trivial to remove personal information is a mistake. It will make honest (but uninformed) folk a bit more cavalier, and it will make dishonest folk rejoice.
