Buy a new one.
I opened several HD3 devices and came to the conclusion:
for me the chance that a screen replacement will be successful is around 30% max.
In most of the cases the new screen will break during the procedure.

Just open the device and have a look inside. Little plastic clips which are not build to reuse keep the screen in place. And all the glue to keep it waterproof on the flexcable clips. Not worth the effort! The pre HD3 reader generation was much easier to repair.
Btw. on Youtube there are some Russian videos showing the repair procedure.
