I require some assistance. My Kobo GloHD refuses to accept book transfers whether by ADE/Calibre or manually. Half the time it doesn't even show up in Windows Exploder. Updated to Nov 2021 - no change.

Have done hard reset 2 times - no change. Factory reset 2 times - no change.

Can someone please assist by providing an image file.
