Parents do not do justice to their children by hiding food with much too powerful flavors.(hypersweets are an other example) No wonder most people as they age can not detect the subtle differences in wines and spices.

(confession) I used to use catsup (ketchup?) on steak. My mother was mortified..............but I've grown up now and just use it on my tacos...........
