Hi, David. As you know, I'm the Windows 7 32-bit guy. I tried installing the 32-bit version of calibe 4.23 from here:

It failed (as I expected it would), so I tried the Orca trick of editing the MSI file described here:

The program installed, but it would not run properly and crashed.
