Have you tried ordering from the kobo aus bookstore? They've been showing in supply, but they've stuffed up Visa payment. System message comes back saying "payment can't be processed due to technical reasons"
I know someone else that happened to, and they tried 3 different browsers and got the same message for visa and Mastercard.
It's been reported to kobo, and escalated.
