Sorry to have bother you all with my silly problem. But thanks again for pointing in the right direction : ME.

After configuring the extension, I transferred one book and the Collection showed up right. Now, I guess I have to erase all books and start again.
No you don't. As I have said, if everything is configured properly, the driver does collection management every time you connect the device. Which means it will check and update the collections for every book on the device that is matched to a book in the library.

But, as I said, if it isn't working, run in debug mode and post the logs for me to look at.
