The file names weren't the issue, the extension was. I saw .tt and stopped paying attention there. I found out .ttc is a font collection. Changing to .ttf worked as mentioned above, though I got the whole Sitka family, even though in the Windows 10 folder, they are seperate and I only copied over the Sitka Text files.

It looks nice, but not nice enough to deal with the headaches. I just deleted the files and will use Literata Book again.
