Hi, about 5 months ago I bought a Kobo Libra H2O and in this time the device had factory reset by itself like 4-5 times. Some times it resets when I disconnect it from the PC, other time when I power on it reboots all the time and when it stops it's factory reset again and yesterday after I update it to the 4.30.18838 happened the same, rebooting all the time and erase all the settings and books. I've never done any modification to it or installing any mod or plugin, should I ask for a replacement?
