I went to a Chapters, which is a book store here in Canada, and was looking at getting a Forma. I have enough history with Kobos that I know it's a lottery every time you buy one as to whether you'll get a good screen. I asked the sales rep what there return policy is and they told me that once you open the box, you can't return for any reason.
