Sorry. Move vs. copy. Got it.

So, I moved /Desktop/test into NEW.
Added the HTML and CSS into Sigil. Loaded and rendered properly.
Save as into the moved folder NEW/test generated the same error message and details as earlier. Sigil closed when popup dismissed.
