The Libra 2 has a slight advantage over the Sage probably thanks to the lack of extra layer. The new Kobo line clearly benefit from the improvements of the new e-ink carta 1200.

I don't have the Oasis 3 anymore to compare sadly. But the good news is the new e-readers are getting closer to what the Voyage delivers.
without the front light on does the Sage have a whiter background than the Libra 2?
