As @Gozer404 said in this message, trying this trick with 32-bit calibre on a Windows 7 32-bit machine failed for me, too.

The error message I got from calibre Setup was: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2356."

Ah, well. No Libra 2 for me.
