I finished loading the Sage with those 5600 books and read a couple of hours yesterday evening. I also took it with me on the "métro" (the tube for londoners, subway in the US): it fits in the outside pocket of my medium size handbag, the shape less weird than the Forma was.
I'm pleased with it:
- it was comfortable holding either on my sofa yesterday, or seated in the métro or the waiting room I ended in. I don't think I could have read on it one handed while holding a pole in a bus or a moving train, but I try to avoid rush hours, and I'm often offered a seat anyway - the privilege of age.
- I like the screen color, either white in daylight, or with a little "natural colour" at night - I hate that my Libra H2O is still lemon colored when I set natural colour at 0.
- and I like that I can take an 8" reader on the go. Since mostly reading on Elipsa, the 7" felt lacking.
I noticed that I don't often use the buttons when reading. I don't know whether it is because I read mostly on the Elipsa, although I very much miss them, there, specially when navigating in books or collections list, or reading a PDF in landscape mode. |
