You only need the portion of the URL specific to the video when using the Youtube function.

That is [YOUTUBE][url]https://youtu.be/D97H_nt9mkY[/url][/YOUTUBE] will not work but [YOUTUBE]D97H_nt9mkY[/YOUTUBE] will work.
