If you are using the stock Android settings (not the Onyx ones) your list of settings may be prefixed by a number of panes with stupid suggestions. They can't be obviously removed, you can't slide them off. The "Customize your Pixel" just takes you to a page with only Wallpapers.
If you are rooted, the nuclear option is:

There is still a weird blank space at the top of the main list of settings, but that was originally there even with the stupid suggestions.
And if you're not using the stock Android settings, why not? Get yourself a real launcher. The Onyx launcher specifically blacklists the stock Android settings.
