USB OTG mode doesn't work on the PW4 (or any of the Rex Kindles?) at all - the dr-mode of the USB port within the device tree (/arch/arm/boot/dts/imx6sll-rex.dts
) is set to peripheral. It might be possible to change the mode and generate a new DTB but it's hard to test this at the moment as the newer Kindles are so heavily locked down.
