If Kobo hasn't improved the light uniformity after the Forma, this device would be a complete failure. Will have to until more reviews come in, but the way this guy is describing it, it seems as though he perceives it to be inherent to the device design and not a random quality control issue.
One random person from Reddit thinking it’s not QA means less than a nothing. Especially when he’s describing something that very much sounds like QA, the LEDs could be misplaced too high.
