As I've already stated, your opinion on kobo's behavior matters not at all to me. A glance through my post history will show that I am no fan of Rakuten Kobo, despite being a fan of their devices. I AM a fan of civility and courtesy and value them at least as much as you apparently value saving 40-50 Australian dollars. Seeing someone else's attempts to provide you with a calm rational response dismissed rudely and contemptuously is what prompted my posts.
