The option that @Quoth was referring to is called "Copy annotations for Selected Book". It isn't an "import". But, it probably should be "Show..."

And note, the "Remove Annotations" is actually "Remove Annotations Files". It doesn't touch the annotations that are in the database. Only the annotations files that the RMSDK creates for epubs and PDFs.
