I will admit to having trouble understanding how (or even why) the OP (DawnDawn88) is using calibre given that part of the message #5 in this thread read:

For example "Documents>"Dummies Ebooks">"Health">"Exercise & Fitness" there should be (2) folders in here named "Low-Calorie Dieting for Dummies - Susan McQuillan" and then "Calorie Counter for Dummies, The - Rust & Meri Raffetto" and then inside each folder should be the "OPF, JPG, PDF." but nope there not in there own folders. Which sucks.

Which sounds like the result of doing a save to disk without setting the save template correctly to generate the desired folder structure.
What I have trouble grokking is why generating a directory structure outside calibre's library is considered desirable when calibre's sort and search capability makes spending the time on any directory structure a waste of time. Especially when such a directory structure is liable to crash and burn when the paths and filenames get too long. One example from that post uses a minimum of 117 characters plus the length of the username plus the length of the filenames inside the final folder.
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Dummies Ebooks\Health\Exercise & Fitness\Calorie Counter for Dummies, The - Rust & Meri Raffetto\<insert filenames here>
