I believe it should be possible on existing series with a search & replace. Also, go to Preferences > Tweak and look for "Auto increment series index."

I don't think I'm working in the "Calibre library folder" I mean I have them organized from the downloads.
I download ebooks from "Firefox" and then move them from "Downloads" to "Documents" I have the "Dummies Ebooks" in there own folder called "Dummies" and then once I get done editing the ebooks for "Dummies" I then save the finished project to "Dummies Ebooks" and then I delete the originals from ""Dummies" that way I don't have multiple of the same files on my PC.
And then once all the "Dummies Ebooks" get edited I will be moving them to a "USB Flash Drive" and then removing them from my PC all together.
I plan to do the same for my "Ebooks" but I am still working on my "Dummies" currently.
I have just started using "Genres" and I wish to organize my saved ebooks by "Genre" and I learned how to save them from a web search that pointed me to a forum post on this site but I think I did something incorrectly.
When I go to the folder where my ebooks was saved to the files are all wrong.
For example "Documents>"Dummies Ebooks">"Health">"Exercise & Fitness" there should be (2) folders in here named "Low-Calorie Dieting for Dummies - Susan McQuillan" and then "Calorie Counter for Dummies, The - Rust & Meri Raffetto" and then inside each folder should be the "OPF, JPG, PDF." but nope there not in there own folders. Which sucks.
