As @MGlitch said, the first thing to do is charge it. If there are any problems, you cannot assume the battery is still charged.

After that, what happens when you try to turn it on? Does the power LED do anything? Does the screen do anything? Does the front light come on?

And for the record, the reset button near the USB port does not do anything unless the device is actually running. It doesn't do anything when the device is powered off. It might do something when combined with the power button, but, I don't remember if that is the case for the Aura H2O.
