What is this error due to?
A friend had her router changed and when she wanted to send a file by mail she got this error. OSError: Failed to send mail: TimeoutError (10060, 'An error occurred during the connection attempt as the connected party did not respond properly after a period of time, or the established connection failed as the connected host failed to reply ', None, 10060, None)
