No, I don't think there are any modern readers with buttons like the Sonys. The closest you can come is the PocketBook (as salamanderjuice mentions) but the page turn button on the left is for turning backwards, the one on the right is for forward. You might be able to stretch your thumb across the four way button but it would definitely be a different experience than with the Sony. Unfortunately I don't think there is any way to change the function of the keys on PocketBook readers.
