The phone case ereaders e.g. Inkpalm, or Hisense A5/A7/Touch have volume rockers on the side that can be used to turn pages. To me, they're much more ergonomic than more conventional readers with page turn buttons on the front.
If you can place your reader in a stand, it's even better to use a bluetooth page turner (supported by most Android readers e.g. Boox).
