Look in your system's trash can, or rubbish bin, whatever your OS calls it. Right click on the file. Do not select "restore from rubbish bin" (or however your OS puts it). That might put the file back, but it will blind-side the Calibre database and mess up your library. You should be able to copy it somewhere, and then re-add it to Calibre in the normal way.
