Perhaps so, but all the cables that come with new devices stay in their boxes. I'm still using a Sony microUSB cable from 2013 and a Sony wall-wart to charge ALL my ereaders. I use a USB-C cable on both phone and Pixel C tablet. The iPad is the oddball....

So it's really only 3 cables between a fair few devices. I need to think about selling or otherwise finding a home for the old Aura HD. My husband's Aura HD is also alive and kicking. I refuse to let go of my Sony T2.
