And I'd say it's still competitive. A 32GB Oasis with the same size 7" screen is $360 CAN. The Libra 2 is a similar form factor for $140 less. It still puts up a good fight against the Paperwhite Signature too as it's only $10 more but has a slightly bigger screen and page turn buttons and then it's a decision of whether you value auto-brightness and wireless charging or page turn buttons/bigger screen.
