If you are reading through the thread, take a look at who is posting the new version and contact them about either updating the version in the first message or having them contact a moderator to do so.

In the case of the DatabazeKnih (cz) plugin, the OP (original poster) baghira was last active n 2015 while for the Martinus.sk (sk) plugin, the OP plazma was last active recently.
