Hey, those are the four books I have.

I didn't notice Kill Hill Carnage because it appears to no longer be available as an ebook on Amazon. But as soon as you mentioned the title, it rang a bell, so I checked Calibre.

I also have Lords of the Deep, though in Calibre it listed Patrick Lacey's name first.
