Hi there, I am brand new in this forum and hope to get some help.
I do have two Kindle Readers. One ist Paperwhite 10th Generation (named as CK) the other should be the same but the OS is different. So I cannot find the right technical name of that device (we named this TK).

So my device, CK, has to be reset to deliver status. After this I tried to transfer some books from calibre to my Kindle. As soon as I connect with the wire for USB transfer, an error occurs. You can find this attached.

I can copy manually form my Macbook to the Kindle CK and I can open the ebooks on the reader. What can I do to solve the transfer from calibre to Kindle CK?

You will find some screenshots with the error messages attached and also a screenshot which I took after copy the mobi file manually.
