Using flaresolverr, FFF uses the same (some what lengthy)
slow_down_sleep_time setting it did before.
Using the cache, the pages are already on your local disk--FFF's 'download' in that case will be
much faster.
If you refer to FFD downloading faster than FFF, it's entirely possible that FFD waits less time between requests.
