hi guys ..
I have a t76ml carta+ but whose touch screen was suddenly deactivated two days ago and is still inactive, but the physical buttons work fine.My problem was not solved with the reset everything from the settings and the soft reset, Is it a hardware problem or can the problem be solved by changing the firmware?
There is no 1.8.2 firmware available for download on boox.com, please give me the download link if you have one.
