The German libraries (Onleihe) are changing their encryption - it is questionable how long they will continue to use Adobe DRM.
And then Kobo cannot handle it via PC either.
Kobo has completely withdrawn from the German market and Kobo-Rakuten has bought into Tolino's technology.
