Books even at the same release date may have different USA & UK/Ireland titles even when the text is the same. Larry Niven and J. Rowlings.
If it's a new release it might also be revised, not just renamed. I'd put the original title as the subtitle.
For USA / UK title differences I'd put the author's country title or primary publisher title first and the other title as the Subtitle, but sometimes I have the alternate title in brackets.
