Tried using Chrome browser (http://127.0.0.1:8080/) with this result:

This page isn’t working
127.0.0.1 didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Also verified 'calibre.exe' and 'calibre-parallel.exe' are running.
