Have you ever thought of printing out your timetable on a piece of paper? If you really want to get fancy you could put the paper in a clear plastic sheet protector.
Sometimes technology can get in the way of simple solutions that will probably work better and are easier to accomplish.
I'm not trying to be funny or a smart-ass but tech is not always the right answer.
