Searching for books with annotations

I just noticed that a good part of my annotations disappeared from the database after a rebuild a few weeks ago; they don't appear in the browser or annotation_count() until I re-open the book.

With that in mind, is there a way to find all the books with annotations?

Quality Check can find ePubs with Calibre bookmarks, but that's not much useful when I have the embedding disabled.

I found the folder where all the annotations are stored as jsons, but I see no way to associate anything in there with a specific book (aside from searching for the highlighted_text bits, which is my fallback plan if nobody has better suggestions.
