I have not handled either in person. To my eyes, the Oasis seems like it would be more comfortable as the flat front and rounded back seem like they conform to the shape of the hand better.

But I have repeatedly asked people that have both and they reliably say that the Forma/Libra is actually more comfortable to hold. Here's a sample post. Granted, it is from the Kobo section of this board, but it is from a person who has both:
